

Building from Vision to Platform
The Challenge
Saudi Exams began as a vision: to support future medical students in Saudi Arabia with a dedicated online resource. But there was no platform, no brand, and no clear user journey. The client needed a partner who could bring this vision to life from the ground up—strategically, visually, and technically.
Our Approach
We started at zero and co-built the brand with intention. Our team held several in-depth sessions with the founder to understand the market, the users, and the true purpose behind the idea. From there, we began shaping every element—ensuring it aligned with the core mission of making medical exam prep easier, more accessible, and more empowering for students in the region.

• Brand narrative development • Full branding and visual identity design • UX/UI design tailored to the student’s digital journey • Custom web development, optimized for performance and scalability • Feature integration based on real student needs The design itself was inspired by the behavior of med students, highlighting with markers, scribbling notes, underlining with pens. We built the entire brand identity around these tactile, familiar elements, bringing warmth and relatability to the digital experience. The platform now includes: • A bank of practice questions • Timed mock exams • Multiple subscription tiers • A responsive, intuitive interface
