The Challenge

Eyesignals set out to become more than a fintech tool, it aspired to be a bridge between beginner traders eager to learn, and seasoned traders ready to share their insights. The platform needed to serve three audiences at once: 1. The brand as a trusted intermediary 2. Expert traders offering paid signals and mentorship 3. Beginner traders looking for guidance, education, and real-time signals The challenge was to build a brand and platform that balanced these dynamics with clarity, trust, and usability, especially in a competitive and skeptical trading space.

Our Approach

We started by architecting the ecosystem itself, mapping out user flows, incentives, and content delivery mechanisms that aligned with the needs of all three user groups. From there, we built the brand identity: one that felt professional for experts, accessible for learners, and credible for the market. For the visual experience, we designed a high-end, tech-forward interface that gave the platform an advanced and premium look and feel—one that resonates with serious traders and builds immediate trust. We then developed the full platform, ensuring it could scale with more mentors, users, and features over time. We also designed a scalable **subscription model** that empowered expert traders to generate recurring revenue while giving beginners access to real-time signals and personalized learning experiences. Behavioral design principles were embedded into the user journey, guiding beginners step-by-step from passive observers to active subscribers through intuitive flows and educational prompts.
